Changework is a 12-week programme for people who are going through a change in their life. There are six spaces.
It combines:
The programme is designed to help you increase your sense of self-efficacy, so you feel more connected, hopeful and able to face whatever lies ahead.

Hi, I'm Katie.
I've designed Changework and will be facilitating the programme.
I’ve spent many years designing and hosting spaces where people can explore and experiment with new behaviours. My work has taken place with organisations, communities, small groups and individuals, both online and in person.
Alongside Changework, I’m the creator of Amiko® Cards, Little Challenges and Curiosity Works. I’m also part of the Core Gift Institute based in Seattle and a certified Habit Coach.
Over the last decade, I have designed and hosted a range of on- and offline programmes including Conscious Life Design and Do Notice, and have been involved in the design and delivery of the in-person Do Breakthrough event for the Do Lectures.
If you'd like to hear about other people's experiences of working with me, here's a short video...
Changework is for people who are in the unfamiliar middle space between old and new.
This might be as a result of:
The change you're navigating may not look dramatic from the outside. What matters is that it feels significant to you.
To be clear, Changework is not therapy or a self-help group and it's not a course that you do on your own. It's a facilitated programme for six people who want to feel more resourced and connected as they navigate new challenges in life.
Changework exists to offer accompaniment, encouragement and practical, evidence-based tools in this middle space.
The programme is based on the psychological concept of self-efficacy. Our sense of self-efficacy affects how capable we feel of tackling particular challenges in our lives - and it's something we can actively develop. There are specific ways to do this: some can be done alone, while others are easier as part of a group.
No matter how capable we are, periods of change can leave us feeling adrift or disconnected. Without familiar routines, roles and relationships, it can be harder than usual to feel confident and hopeful about the future.
Changework is designed to help you:
The modules also draw on ideas and practices from Little Challenges, habit coaching, Amiko® Cards, and Core Gift work, as well as many years' experience of designing and facilitating on- and offline community and conversation spaces.
The first cohort of six people is scheduled to run from February 3rd to April 21st, 2026 on Tuesdays at:
All 12 weekly sessions will take place on Zoom.
In addition, you will have two and a half hours of one-to-one coaching time, which can either take place on Zoom or as an audio call. We will work out together how best to allocate and schedule this time for you.
If these timings don't work for you...
If you'd like to take part but the timing means that you are not able to join this group, please feel free to book an exploratory call below. I'll be glad to take your availability into account when planning the next one.
Core sessions:
There are six core modules which take place every other week, plus a special closing session in week 12. By joining Changework, you’re committing to attending these sessions wherever possible.
Optional 'office hours':
In all the alternate weeks, there are optional open sessions or 'office hours'. These are informal conversational spaces you can drop into for part or all of the time. You might be the only person there with me, or several people from the group may join. Whether or not you attend these is completely up to you.
One-to-one work:
In addition to the group work, you will have two and a half hours of one-to-one coaching time.
Between sessions:
Between sessions, there will be regular invitations to notice, gather information and reflect on what's going on for you. You are welcome to do as much or as little of this as you wish.
The price for the 12-week programme is £650.
In each cohort of six people, there is one pay-what-you-can place. If you'd like to take part, but the price would be an obstacle, you are very welcome to apply for this.
If you'd like to know more about the content of the programme, how to join, or you would like to apply for a pay-what-you-can place, please book a free one-to-one exploratory call with me using the button below. It's a space to ask any questions you may have and will give us both a chance to see if this could be a good fit.
I send occasional emails about the messy business of being human - ideas, observations, and invitations to things I’m exploring.
If you’d like to receive them, please let me know the best email to use.
